2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
75bat may be required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

- Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Deposit Limits

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
- Bonus funds may only be used in designated games or betting categories.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
- For cashback bonuses, the maximum amount and wagering conditions will be stated separately.
- Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in account cancellation.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
Regular members can receive weekly cashback through the VIP program. The tier-based cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities
If you engage in any of the activities listed below, 75bat may immediately suspend or cancel your account and forfeit any winnings earned.

- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to anyone's account.

- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
